As a homeschooling, pagan, mom of 3 I'm sort of always in chaos mode. It's a kind of fuel for my life. If you know, you know. I use humor and heart to navigate my family, my life, and the world.
I guide adults through their emotional intelligence journey to enable a better emotional inheritence for their inner (and outer) child.
My coaching style is informal, cozy, and filled with smiles and laughter. Humor is key to finding the healthy balance between who we were, who we are, and who we want to be.
One on One sessions can be booked on the MEH Journey app and can focus on any main root of Emotional Intellligence. They usually begin at 8 wks and extend from there.
Online options are varied and available to view on the MEH Journey app. They currently include a New Moon circle and will expand to include group coaching sessions.
I'm always available to chat about meeting with your group. A staff of teachers? A professional team? A book club? Any group that is looking to do some Emotional Intelligence work can reach out and scheudle a chat with me.
At 19 I made the conscious choice to leave behind toxic family. It led me on a path of self love, self acceptance, and zero eF's to give for anything that didn't serve my higher self, my inner child, and the future we were building.
Through humor & heart, I've grown a life, family, and spirit that love to laugh and are not afraid to dive into the difficult work of bettering ourselves.
