More than half of my life was spent away from home. I’ve lived in Singapore, San Jose (US), Shanghai (China). I’m currently based in Bali, Indonesia.

Having lived independently internationally, I’ve realized the importance of having a strong environment, like:
• The friends I hang out with
• The people I surround myself with
• The places I go to
• And more…

However, as a shy and socially awkward individual myself, this poses a major and serious challenge to my life, especially the moment I joined the workforce. I struggled with:
• Meeting new people and making new friends
• Communicating effectively, especially with strangers
• Acting naturally, especially in new social situations

I knew I had to change. I decided to study human relationships and interpersonal relationships. I’ve learned, unlearned, relearned, observed, applied, and practiced the skills needed to be good at social and professional settings.

Now I'm focusing on what I'm passionate about and love:
Helping people to connect with themselves, so that they can effectively network with others, and at the same time, build meaningful and lasting connections and relationships.

By connecting with yourself, you can quickly and effortlessly become a better person with greater self awareness, self-actualization, improved self-esteem and self-worth. This is achieved through absolute clarity of who you are and how you can contribute to your environment.

Apart from that, you will become a happier and more optimistic individual. As a result, you’ll be much more effective in anything and everything you do in life.

I am Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Certified Master Life Coach. I have been invited to speak at various events, conducted workshops and training at companies, organizations, professional associations, and universities.
