I have over 19 years of mental health experience and work in human service roles. I utilize a multitude of skills such as cognitive restructuring, rational emotive behavior techniques, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, spiritual exploration of the mind/body/soul connection, and energy work (specifically Reiki), to assist with empowering others to become aware of and move through emotional and behavioral responses, to unhelpful thought patterns. I assist others with establishing realistic goals, healthy boundaries, and self-care. I believe in a mind, body, and soul approach. My overall goal for my work, is to increase feelings of self-awareness, self-esteem, contentment, authenticity, and success. I would love to help you navigate life changes, transitions, and to further your awakening to higher self.

I take a person centered approach, while sessions may be similar from client to client, they are tailored to each individual's needs, strengths, personality, and desired outcomes.

Initial consultation call to determine fit between consumer and practictioner, as well as, outline goals of coaching.
Private coaching sessions online or over the phone, depending on client preference.
Virtual Reiki sessions with or without coaching.

Coaching sessions are $90 per session. You will be provided a workbook designed to assist with the coaching journey is included virtually with purchase.
