I've been promoting easeful living during transition times for over a decade. As an Integrative Life Coach I am skilled at drawing out a person's own wisdom to help maximize work or personal potentials. Holistic and integrative tools facilitate the client awareness and bring about and fulfill new behaviors that will lead to successful communication in business or interpersonal relationships. The Integrative Life Coaching Program usually takes from 3 to 6 months to establish goals, line up priorities, monitor progress and figure out solutions to set-backs.
Integrative Life Coaching Program increases participant's life quality and life satisfaction they also improved their personal growth.
The process of personal coaching appears to be an effective approach to goal attainment and personal development.
The Integrative Life Coaching experience helped clients be more effective by teaching them how to set concrete, measurable goals made up of specific and manageable steps instead of being overwhelmed by large tasks that seemed too daunting or overwhelming to undertake.
Using a collaborative effort to help the client identify and take action on creating change in his/her life Asking challenging questions increases self awareness, encourages and empowers the clients to look at new ways to seek different solutions to problems is the key element of effective integrative life coaching.

Client meetings are in person, on the phone or in video-chat sessions, and range from weekly to monthly depending on the client's situation and goals. After the first assessment meeting, revealing issues and discussing solutions, we create a plan into place where the client must reach certain goals by the next meeting.
