This is Rupa, ICF certified Life Coach , with a background of Enginereing and worked in the Software Industry for about 15 years in the roles of Product manager, team leader, individual contributor.

I have always been fascinated by the Human Psyche and wanted to better understand how the MIND works and that's when I was inspired to take up Life Coaching. I have seen events in my own life which pushed me to conquer my fears , step out into the unknown out of my comfort zone and expand my potential. 

The key lessons learnt under times of stress is to stay POSITIVE  and face the the situation,  to not be pulled down during stressful phases and to rise above the problem and come out even stronger.

I am motivated to help and inspire my clients who might be in similar situations where they are hitting a dead-end, traumatic situation, depression,  relationship issues, divorce problems,parenting issues, low self-esteem,confidence issues, health and wellness improvement,  spiritual advancement, communication issues.

I have a methodical approach of working with my clients and I believe the key is in rapport building and let my clients get empowered to bring change in their lives.
