I have been a career public school teacher, after a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Temple University. I then realized that my real passion lies in understanding the human condition in general, so I obtained my Master’s in Counseling.
Eventually, I got on a fast track to get my Board Certification as a Life Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
My confidence in my ability to help relies on my being a naturally good listener and a caring person as a first born in a family of nine. But then I have traveled the world, lived and worked among people of all types of backgrounds and creed.
More critically, I have had to adapt and overcome various challenges in life and they made me a more experienced person. I am eager to share my hard-earned Life Lessons, Experiences, Knowledge and Wisdom with you.
Being a career teacher consolidates my sharing capabilities as a Life Coach. However, I consider this closer to my heart and passion since only individuals who are willing and ready truly seek out a Life Coach.

Once we are started, I like to have a good mindmap of where you are at in your life and where you are headed.
At the beginning of the session, I like to take you through a quick "HeartMath" that provides a calming mind frame to start working.
In order to accomplish that I employ master questioning techniques and empathetic listening while holding a safe, non-judgmental space for you to freely express.
We co-create your life possibilities and design positive and successful future!
I'd want to hear what you have gotten out of the session prior to concluding and leaving with your exploratory activities for the next time.

There are, of course, many wonderful coaches--competent and truly helpful people. Salif belongs in a very small subset of that group: the rare and magical coaches.
He can hear you fully in a way that few humans can. He can seemingly suspend time so there's enough for the whole story, while also keeping things moving so you are done when you need to be, having defined your next steps. His knowledge and experience run so broad and so deep--the result of years of worldly experience, no doubt--that he can go wherever you need the conversation to go. His integrity is matchless. I am not big on writing reviews but I would like to share how satisfied I have been in having Salif as my life coach. I had hired a couple of life coaches in the past to deal with my issues. But Salif has been my best one. He has great availability and very affordable compared to a lot of them He definitely is compassionate, knowledgeable and full of resources. He helped me with my journey through cancer treatment, providing me with motivation for better nutrition and regular exercise. Salif is best kind of life coach-- he leads you to find your own answers! He guides you through your questions so that you focus on what you want and see for yourself how to best achieve your goals, whether career, marriage, ethical, or personal. I had hit the doldrums in my career, couldn't seem to find my place. Salif gave guidance on asking myself questions to find what I really wanted and could do. As a result-- I changed careers! I hadn't really liked what I was doing, but didn't want to "waste" the education and experience I already had in my field. Salif helped me find a new direction that incorporated who I am and what I want and how to go about getting where I wanted to be. I am so much happier and more relaxed about my life; it's wonderful!

Some things in life are truly priceless, although Salif offered a very reasonable rate for his time. He was very attentive to my questions and offered a variety of approaches to addressing my issues.
