Our work is focused on your goals. You are empowered to change those goals at milestones in our work together. I will help you to articulate and fine tune the goals based on your real needs and we will return to the goals often to measure our progress. If there are multiple participants at the same firm, there will be unique goals for each individual.

The basic framework for our coaching discussions is simple and effective. We get clear on goals, flesh out the possibilities and obstacles, then we work our way towards an action plan.

I draw on different tools to allow this to happen, depending on the client's comfort and interest. Role play. Writing scripts. Confict management assessments. And more. 

Coaching session duration and frequency are established based on the goals identified at our initial meeting. We meet on Zoom.

So, that sets the stage for us to collaborate on an agenda that's true to your real needs. We continue in this manner, tuning in to the issues, obstacles, possibilities and progress throughout our engagement. I can turn on a dime as needed, when new challenges or opportunities arise.

We set up custom coaching programs based on the needs of each client and the number of participants. Pricing is established after an initial consultation.
