RESULTS & GOALS
After first establishing your Core Values and Goals, I will work with you to create an Action Plan to achieve those Goals by creating a road map with the proper directions, arriving at the correct address.
My goal is to get you the results that you desire by creating a clear and concise path, while avoiding detours, delays and disengagement.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My coaching style is geared towards bringing out the change and achievements you desire for yourself, from within you. I do not lecture you or tell you what you should do. I assist you in bringing out those achievements through the tools you have available to you. It may involve pushing and prodding, but no lecturing. Only you can adopt the tools necessary to assist yourself to be the best version of you when you clearly see what you desire, and are ready to achieve it.

PRIVATE COACHING
I offer 60 minute coaching sessions over the phone and/or Skype, with follow up, as needed, via phone, email, or text.
ONLINE COACHING
After establishing a Coaching relationship, Online Coaching can be utilized if this proves to be a more convenient method of communicating.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
Having experienced personal and professional turmoil, I undertook a period of self examination and reflection. After that, I began a period of study, and learned how to heal myself (and others) by understanding what is involved in creating a positive outlook on life, and more importantly, how to overcome negative beliefs that we formed as children that hold us back from achieving our goals.
I firmly believe that we can be our own worst enemies, but with the proper guidance and support, we can be our own best friends.
