With the knowledge that confidentiality is vital within our coaching relationship, my clients are invited to a safe space in which the ideas, visions and thoughts of their personal nirvana can flourish. Throughout the course of every program, clients will be expected to follow through and be accountable in order to see the actualization of their goals. With equal collaboration, I work with clients to ground their dreams and create an action plan that realizes their visions.

As a coach, I empower my people to embrace change in every aspect of their life and confidently walk down their own unique path. By encouraging my clients to embrace the uncomfortable process of growth, I help them gain self assurance in unsure times.

All coaching sessions are virtual and begin with an initial session in which we deep dive into mapping out an overall strategy for your current obstacles. Over the course of our coaching engagement we will follow this map to achieve your goals.

I offer online group coaching enrollments to clients who typically price out of our private practice coaching. These economical programs are a great way to receive our transformational success coaching model at a fraction of the cost.

Ongoing coaching and training for businesses are offered on a retainer basis 

I got my start in the wellness field as an undergrad at the University of Houston. I was majoring in Kinesiology with a health profession track; and as a part of my course work I had to complete an internship for graduation. I choose work in exercise testing and I was able to be exposed to clients of various backgrounds and health conditions. In that work, I was able to develop the science of exercise prescription specifically to clients of special populations such as adolescents and seniors. After graduation, I attained an administrative position in the corporate wellness field. It was there, that I acquired personal development and success training. I was immediately drawn to the aspect of leadership development, and inspiring my team to apply those principles to areas in their work and life that they were struggling with. As a health promotion administrator the bulk of my workload included designing and maintaining health promotion campaigns. Although I enjoyed being a community educator, and leader on my team; my passion for empowering others led me to coaching. After opening my business Endurance 4 Life and obtaining my ICF certification through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County; I went on to complete private practice coaching work through our success, relationship and health coaching programs.
