About me

Hi, I’m Shannon Jones, Founder and CEO of Beyond Dreams Life Coaching. I’m a dedicated and loving husband, father of 5, grandfather of 6, friend, ally, and personal coach. I’ve been a follower and student of the coaching, inspirational, and motivational industries for more than 30 years. Coming from a humble and difficult background I’ve spent countless hours on self improvement/personal development which has helped me achieve successes I once would have considered beyond dreams. I’ve been in the coaching industry since April 2017, and I’m excited to see what we can create for you as we travel this journey together so you too can live your best life...your Beyond Dreams life!

PRIVATE COACHING

The private coach offering is either 3, 6, 12, or 18 months depending upon your goals, drive, availability, and adaptability.

Short courses or group coaching

Shannon provides 3 unique short course private coach offerings:

1) URC or Urgent Response Coach is a one-on-one direct access 24 hours a day coaching supplemental offered to Compass Commander clients.

2) Compass Condenser is the Compass Origin course condensed from 6 months to 3 months. It is a very intense course and is offered in lieu of the Compass Origin course to prospective clients who display strong adaptability skills and feel certain they can manage the intensity of this program.

3) Compass Initiator If you’re new to coaching or unsure if coaching is right for you this course is just what you need. Rather than offer a free single session I’ve decided to provide a full month of coaching for $199. That’s more than 50% off the average monthly rate of my other courses! AND if you’re not completely satisfied I’ll refund 100% of your money!
