I offer one on one sessions, group sessions, team building, resiliency workshops, resources, goal setting, check-ins, etc. This can be done in person, within a reasonable distance from my community, via an online platform, by phone call, or text messaging. I will customize the program to work around you.
Each session will be 1-2 hours long ( this is up to you) and we will go through some basic questions in order to dig a little deeper in order to get where you feel that you need to be. I am here for you.
Fees: from $50 CAD to $75 CAD
$50 for an hour session per week
Evening and weekend spots are available if needed. I am here for you and can work around your busy schedule.
