About me
After earning my M.A. in Health Psychology and working in the field, I discovered that even more than healing wounds, I'm passionate about working with healthy individuals who believe they’re in charge of creating their own future. I got into coaching and love the more result-driven and goal-oriented perspective. I believe that if you're not 200% happy with your life, change it. It IS possible, I’ve witnessed it over and over again during the 800+ hours of coaching I’ve done with over 500 clients. My work makes me feel energized. I love to see that twinkle in the eye of my client when they find their true passion and take the first step towards their better self.

RESULTS & GOALS
Clients are working with me on a wide range of topics. That's why I find it hard to specify what kind of coach I am. One thing all of my clients have in common is the desire for personal/professional growth. How would the better version of yourself be different? What are things you want to change in order to become that better version? Maybe get better at speaking your truth, maybe you want more self-confidence, maybe you need to figure out something that is related to your career or the relationships you have in your life. Maybe you need a better understanding of what is important to you. Some of the goals people have achieved while working with me are: job promotions, quit emotional eating, improved self-image, better work-life balance, stress reduction, stronger relationship with partner, higher overall quality of life, successful management of chronic disease, improved leadership skills.

In my typical coaching relationships, we talk every 2 weeks over the phone or video chat. I believe that the answers lie within you, but you don’t always have access to them. Therefore I truly listen, ask the right questions and from there, I know we’ll build a partnership. With the support of this partnership you will create a future for yourself in which you thrive.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
At the age of 17 I left my home in the Caribbean and moved by myself to The Netherlands to attend a prestigious University. I earned my Master's degree in Psychology. I was happy, but not ready to return home yet. I followed my heart and moved to Israel. Here I worked with Holocaust survivors, which was very meaningful. I married an Israeli guy. His career started to evolve in Chicago and we had to move. In my search for a job, I came across an organization that stole my heart. I decided I HAD to work for them and I put my mind to it. They requested I do a Coach Certification training and I discovered a new part of myself. I love the field of coaching and the amazing changes it can bring about.
