I am so happy you are here! I am a life coach that specializes in health and wellness, specifically healthy weight gain. There  are many reasons for being underweight. I am here to help you find the underlying issue and work with you to create optimal health. At the beginning of my journey, I was timid, I had low self esteem and just did not believe in myself. I had no idea that was contributing to my weight. Was my stress and overall unhappiness the reason for being underweight? I could not believe how my life started to transform after I started practicing self care and being intentional about my dreams and goals. With the help of a coach, I was able to work through my weaknesses and see what a huge gift I have to offer. I never thought I would be able to stand where I am now with so much to give. I have a passion for listening and walking through trials with clients. I believe each individual has everything they need within themselves, just like I did.
