Learning how to take care of yourself is not always something you are taught. I spent many years studying, listening, and exploring so that I could learn how to put myself first and take care of myself. This helps me be a better person, mom, teacher, coach, spouse, and friend. It is through these experiences that I gained the desire to coach. Helping others to help themselves, reach their goals, and be who they want to be is the best feeling ever.
I help WLS patients pre and post op to reach not only their weight loss goals but deal with the mental and emotional changes that go along with that. I help support and provide accountability for people in the WLS community so that they can be successful and stay that way.
I like to start by getting to know the persons' story and setting goals. Then we make a plan to get to those goals. I believe in the power of self care and meditation. Mindfulness goes a long way towards helping this process, so that is incorporated into the sessions as well.
I offer private 1 to 1 coaching sessions. Sessions last one hour and we work specifically on your goals. We address your concerns and make a plan of action for the week. You will get customized plans and recommendations and great support and accountability.
I offer online coaching to fit your schedule, location, and time zone. Sessions last 1 hour and we work on your personal goals and concerns. We make a plan for the week for nutrition, mindset, and movement. This is your time to really stretch to the goals you want to achieve and let me help you along the way. I am here to support you.
I offer small group coaching of 2-6 people. We work collectively to support each other on our goals. We hold each other accountable and lift each other up. Nutrition, mindset, movement, meditation, and overall wellness and self care are the main focus of group sessions.
I had gastric bypass surgery in 2003 and due to complications from my surgery gained a considerable amount back. I am now helping myself and others on the path to a successful, healthy weight goal.
Fees: from $65 USD to $95 USD
