My name is Stacy Braiuca, the Change Navigator™ Squirrel Wrangler™, & Technology Therapist™.

So I bring 30 years of experience in change, a full atlas of tools, and a herd of squirrels to guide them to maximize Connections, become Congruent, and enjoy Change.

Stacy Braiuca, MSW, MPH, LCSW, LSCSW, Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, MER®, and Hypnosis (Change Navigator™Squirrel Wrangler™, & Technology Therapist™) is the sole proprietor for Braiuca Enterprises, LLC. With a 25+ year career as a therapist, public health educator, and geek fanatic, I know that humans want to change, but don’t know how or don’t want to do the work to change.

But, change is one of the few “constants” in life and is also vital TO life. I have spent my career guiding others through the change process, from anxiety about technology to intricate life situations, to grow beyond their wildest expectations. I am now on a mission to spread both the tenacity to grow through change and to have more work/life balance in this world, so we can all focus on our human relationships.

Stacy Braiuca's story is one of resilience, transformation, and an unyielding spirit. Born a premature baby with the slenderest chance of survival, given only 24 hours to live, she demonstrated her tenacity from her very first breath. Her journey through life has been a testament to her indomitable will, a narrative marked by overcoming formidable challenges and emerging stronger with each hurdle.

Growing up, Stacy harbored dreams that reached as high as the stars – she envisioned herself as a computer programmer and a ceramic engineer, aspiring to contribute to NASA’s space shuttle program. Her eyes were set on the vast expanse of space, a domain where the impossible seemed within grasp. However, life had different lessons in store for her.

In her youth, Stacy faced the harrowing ordeal of relationship abuse, a crucible that tested her but never broke her spirit. These experiences, though painful, forged within her a profound understanding of human fragility and strength. They unveiled to her an inner resilience, a stubbornness and tenacity she never knew she possessed.

It was through these trials that Stacy began to realize her true calling was not in the stars but in the very fabric of human connection and transformation. Her dreams of space and engineering morphed into a mission to understand and navigate the complex terrains of the human psyche. Stacy found her true north as the Change Navigator.

Embracing her role, Stacy delved deep into the realms of social work, public health, NLP, hypnosis, and mental emotional release. Each discipline added layers to her understanding of human behavior, change, and healing. Her artistic pursuits in glass blowing and watercolor painting became metaphors for her work – just as raw materials transform into art, she facilitated the transformation of human challenges into pathways of growth and self-discovery.

Stacy's story, from a fragile start to becoming a beacon of hope and change, is the foundation of the Quantum Quaff & Squirrel Wrangler's Shift & Sip Saloon. Every element of the Saloon – from the comforting embrace of the coffee shop to the liberating spirit of the whisky bar – is imbued with her journey and her desire to create a space where others can find their path, heal, and grow.

Her life, a tapestry of trials and triumphs, stands as a living testament to the Saloon's patrons that change is not just inevitable but navigable and that within every individual lies a universe of potential, waiting to be explored and realized.
