I have been coaching for a little over 8 years and I have coached athletes, children and teens, elderly, you name it I've coached them. My passion however and where I thrive as a coach is working with individuals who are obese to morbidly obese that are having issues with mobility and self esteem. I am a certified CrossFit Coach, Life Coach, and Weight Management & Lifestyle Coach. Fitness and health is what drives me and wake me up in the mornings. Helping my clients reach their goals is my absolute dream job.
Weight loss, strength gain, lifted self esteem! I am not only a personal trainer but am a life coach and am also working on my BS in psychology. I am a firm believer that fitness isn't just about the physical aspect but very much mental too. I want my clients to be successful in all areas of their life and I make sure I am constantly working to become more educated and well rounded as a coach to better serve my clients.
I love coaching in person, cause I am a person person! I do also believe in form before anything. Although, I can work with individuals online, I prefer in person, or at least a weekly or monthly in person check in. I am a very laid back down to earth coach, I tend to dance around when a certain song comes on while coaching or trying to make workouts more tailored to having fun while working out.

My phone is constantly on me with my email set up and an active Skype account as well. I realize life is busy and sometimes you can't answer your phone, or schedule a time to meet. Online coaching is awesome for this purpose. I am here for my clients anyway that need me.
I absolutely love working in groups with a fun group of people! Whether its a group of friends, or strangers who become friends afterwards. This is always something we can sort out!
I am a firm believer you need a connection with whichever coach you have to be successful. If you don't it's going to be that much harder to workout or follow your plan. I would love to always meet my potential clients for a cup of coffee to see how we can connect and actually come up with a game plan.
I have been coaching CrossFit for a little over 8 years, and teaching Lifestyle & Weight Management for about 5 years. I have taught group classes, individual one on one sessions, online sessions, and sessions through email. I have traveled to my clients homes or to a park as well. I have trained individuals who are athletes and compete in a sport as well as someone who is having issues getting off the couch. I am trained on functional movements, teaching the body to move the way it is designed and then build off of that foundation.
Fees: from $25 to $250
Every client is different with different needs and are at different financial stages in their life. I am open to work with anyone with whatever help they require when it comes to fees. The health of a client is my first priority, not money.
