So, what exactly IS coaching?

Coaching involves consistently meeting with someone who is totally focused on YOU.

Someone who knows HOW to listen, REALLY listen, to what you say and may leave unsaid.

Someone with the ability and the wisdom to ask powerful questions that will bring clarity and enlightenment to the challenge you are facing.

Coaching is the creation of a unique environment when two minds are focused on one topic or issue in order to bring about a breakthrough that might not normally occur. The creation of “aha” moments that will become turning points in your life.

Yes, you will still have to take action to bring about results that you want. Yes, your coach will gently hold you accountable for taking actions that you commit to taking. But your coach is focused on YOUR agenda, not on moving you through a stale program that promises much and delivers little.
