About me
Years of working with people who confronted issues that forever changed their lives taught me that few traumas in life are a match for the human spirit. I saw remarkable courage in individuals that thought they were the only ones to feel isolated, frustrated and confused. I learned a long time ago that I don't change anyone. My clients are the ones who make the choice to change and I am honored to work with them on their goals.
Toxic mold came into my life and rocked it to the core. My own work involved realizing that being angry at the mold did nothing to help me recover. My healing journey involved finding a new sense of humility and courage. I have deep respect for anyone who makes changes in their life. It's so easy sometimes to forget that no one is making us stay stuck but us. As difficult as it can be to face our fears, confronting them and moving into the life we want brings an incredible amount of satisfaction.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I like NLP and EFT because they can quickly help people move beyond stuck points in their life. Getting a clear picture of the challenges in someone's life is where I like to begin. My skills allow me to help individuals get to the heart of the issue and set up practical, measurable goals and time frames. We don't waste time rehashing the past. We identify challenges, set up goals, make a plan and decide up front where we will begin and end for each goal.

I've held space for individuals who were facing challenges with addiction, mental illness, abuse and military trauma. The strength I saw in these clients proved to me again and again that few things in this world are a true match for the human spirit. Although there are events that happen in all of our lives that forever change us, I strongly believe we are not defined by our pain. The courage it takes to face the fear and the anger that comes with life is who we are deep down.
In my own life I've faced the ugliness of life in many ways and have chosen to recognize and honor the pain of others as well. Coaching requires commitment and determination and even the acknowledgment of how hard it can be to change. Few people change because life is easy. Most of us make a change when we can't ignore the situation anymore. Toxic mold forced me to face challenges I never expected. It has pushed me to move beyond limitations and come into a new place of empowerment.

Fees:

$325 for 8 week courses which is $40 per class
$95 for a single individual session
$270 for a 3 session package
$510 for a 6 session package
