My name is Susy and I am a Coach. By this I mean I was born a coach. As long as I can remember, I have been coaching people to be the best version of themselves. I see the beauty and unique qualities of everyone. When I meet with my clients, I meet them with one goal in mind: to help them have the best life possible - whatever that may be for them.
I meet with my clients once a week IN-PERSON for an hour, together we develop a plan for reaching their goals. Each week we set an intention, including the desired outcome. Homework is assigned each week, in order to facilitate the client's progress. The usual initial length of time is three months, after which we together we evaluate progress and determine next course of action.

"I think you need to help people get through trauma and hard times”, said my best friend one day last fall, right after our son had died of brain cancer. “What are you talking about?’ I asked dumbfounded. “Well" she said, "look at all the things that happen, look at your experience with trauma. Look at how Resilient you are. You are a Coach, you need to help others. The world needs your voice” said my coach Terri Hase.
"Look at what you have been through. A child dying, a near fatal car accident, a brutal attack, to name a few" she said! You don’t just endure, you bounce forward to a new place with love, grace, and joy. The world definitely needs the voice of Susy Giddy, on Courage and Resiliency". Humbled, I thought hmmm, could they be right? Does the world need my voice? This made me realize that maybe what I have learned will help others to navigate through trauma, adversity, and lifes never ending obstacles.
