Flexible sessions are conducted in-person, on the phone, or via internet. We will start with an initial assessment to clearly define your short and long term goals, everything from communication skills to personal acceptance. My primary coaching style is Non-Directive:

Non-Directive coaching is coaching in the true sense of the word where the coach simply asks you questions to allow you to find your own solutions. A non-directive coach will certainly not offer you advice and rarely even give you suggestions.Through skillful questioning they will help you to see your situation from a different perspective, gain clarity, uncover options, challenge inconsistencies and hold you accountable to your actions. You to take full ownership of your own outcomes, rather than "doing what you have been told to do". You to make changes in your own life, by creating a safe, Socratic environment.

Directive coaching, on the other hand, is where the coach offers you solutions, tools, and techniques for moving forward. This approach is only taken if we encounter stubborn barriers in the clients thinking.

Your initial Synchronicity Discovery Session(s) creates commitment to the process of coaching. They help you pre-identify barriers of resistance that may arise.

Our 1-hour session is $200, and a 2-hour session is $360.
