It wasn't until I decided to ask God what His will for me was that I was able to discover my passion for helping people achieve their professional goals.
I've watched my family members stay in their jobs because they felt like that was the only option. They have so many gifts and talents that I believe God wants them to share with the world, but they're busy building the dreams of others.
Initially, I started as a resume writer - my company has expanded to offer career coaching and small business consulting. My services aim to show you that God has given you the power to manage your career in a way that will bring you peace and joy.
I've experienced firsthand how jobs will drain you and not care how exhausted you are as long as you produce for them. There is nothing wrong with building to help others, but when will you build for yourself?
My mission is to help you execute the career plan or business idea that you know God has placed in your heart.

I help my client prioritize, plan, and execute their career goals based on God's design. Many of my clients have been able to build confidence to start their own businesses, land meaningful roles, and re-discover their purpose.
My coaching style focuses on partnering with the Holy Spirit for clarity and direction. I provide guidance based on my client's situations, but I will always ask them to seek God for confirmation. The goal of coaching is to help my clients feel empowered to achieve their goals. I am supportive, open, and honest during coaching sessions, hearing my client out and giving them guidance on how to execute. There is high accountability, action items, and check-ins to ensure my clients know they're supported.

In 2017 when I graduated, I believed that my degree was my golden ticket to the career I finally wanted. I submitted HUNDREDS of applications, bombed several interviews, and didn't know what I was doing.
Within a short time frame, I realized I wasn't as prepared, experienced, or ready as I thought to land my "dream job." Six months after graduating, I landed my dream role as an HR Assistant. I believed this role would be the launching pad for my career in HR.
A Few months in, I was MISERABLE! Every weekend I had anxiety attacks, snapped at my family, dreading to go into the office. I soon realized my dream job was more of a nightmare. Don't get me wrong; it wasn't the people; I wouldn't say I liked the work. It wasn't fulfilling; high pressure, and there was this burning desire within me to do more.
I was confused and lost as to what steps to take next. I knew it was time to leave but didn't know how to escape or where to go next. I planned on HR, so there was no plan B. Then it hit me! I had no idea what I was doing with my life, and I needed help! I decided to go to the one that created me... God!
After seeking Him, He showed me that my assignment was in Career Services. So, I shifted my focus and job search strategy to focus in the direction He was leading me in. (Side note: There is a lot more to the Process He took me through, but we'll save that for another day).
As I began to walk in this new career path God's way, doors started to open in less than two months; I received favor and a new level of confidence and boldness. Maybe because I knew this was not some random direction I was going in, but it was a direction that came straight from the Throne. I walked differently because I knew who was leading the way.
Now, as I follow Christ and have surrendered my career to Him, I am at peace with where I'm headed. I've worked with over 120 clients as a Career Services professional.
My mission is to help as many people as possible leave the stress of what society says is success and walk into God's purpose for their career to experience peace and work/life balance.
