About me
I have five children, ages 25, 24, 21, 17, and 15, and one granddaughter, 3. I hold/have held various positions on non-profit boards, and on the Board of the Advisory Group which is a mentoring and networking group for real estate professionals in the Santa Clarita Valley. I have also served on the Board of AYSO 678, a regional soccer organization bettering the lives of the community’s youth through sportsmanship and team play. I am also active with local non-profits such as Habitat for Heroes, Habitat for Humanity through W.E.(Women’s Empowerment) Build, homeless shelter; Bridge to Home, Circle of Hope which helps my community’s women and men who have been diagnosed with cancers of the sex organs, Domestic Violence Center and Single Mother’s Outreach, and Wounded Warrior Project, to name a few.
I have worked in the real estate market in Kern County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Diego County for over 12 years, and started my own brokerage during what most people are calling the worst collapse of our real estate market and economy since the Great Depression. Through tenacity, hard work, planning, and keeping my “eyes on the prize,†I built Bella Terra Realty into a strong firm; and have even expanded that firm into another entity Beautiful Earth Leasing and Sales, to encompass all facets of real estate investing, leasing, and property management.
I attribute much of my success to my family, to God, to my hunger for knowledge, and striving to be the very best.
Being in transition more than once in my life, I found that each time, through some Divine Intervention, there were lessons I was to learn, and growth that needed to happen. I discovered that my true purpose was to help others. I trained and trained and trained some more, and have been helping people with their relationships and getting more out of their lives and I would love to help you discover your GAP and fill it with Gratitude, Abundance, and Passion!!
I am a dynamic, fun-loving person who brings passion and laughter to everyone around! I love to laugh, and I love to make people laugh, so that is a big part of my coaching strategy. I believe that while we might need to work on serious issues, it can still be a fun experience, and when you have reached your goals, I am 100% confident you will have enjoyed the process and the laughter!!

How to change and manage your state of physiology and ability to affect others. Determining how to succeed and what that looks like for you. Business planning – not only short term, but how to have the end in mind. Motivating sales staff, your children, your spouse, your co-workers, other people on your team toward whatever goals you are trying to accomplish, how to resolve any conflict, and without weeks, months, or even years of therapy, turn a negative situation into a positive memory and life event!
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Coaching is about asking questions, developing plans, listening, and guiding through change. I believe in truly listening to the client, finding out exactly what they want and need, and then developing a plan that is workable for them and begin working!! I am very driven to help people, and I want to help YOU fill your GAP!!
I love doing the intensives where we work either one on one or the couple and I or even the whole family! The intensives really give us a chance to really get to the bottom of the challenges a family or a couple or even just a single person is facing, and we can turn things around in a matter of a few hours together, and have a heckuva lot of fun doing it, too! :D

PRIVATE COACHING
A typical session is approximately 50 minutes and can be either by telephone, Skype, Facetime, or any other acceptable media.
We have all types of coaching programs, from 2 calls a month to intensives with just one person to intensives with the whole family and everything in between! The intensive for saving a romantic relationship is 3 days spent together, we work on every aspect of life, and includes up to a lifetime of follow up contact, etc. You also get email access for life!
ONLINE COACHING
Online Coaching includes email access, videos, training worksheets, etc.

Personal Coaching at $200/hr Speaking starts at $2500 per event, depending on the length of the talk.
