My primary technique in coaching is to listen. Your are the expert in your life and you know what results you are looking for.

You know on some level, exactly what is standing in your way. I help you to uncover hidden roadblocks and create a step by step action plan that leads to success.

I am invested and interested in you and will encourage you and hold you accountable to your goals, plans and intentions. 

Private Consultations.

Consultations last up to 60 minutes and ake place via Whereby video conferencing or by phone. Together, we will identify any blockages or other issues that may be interfering with your objectives.

My job as your coach is give you a safe space to explore what is working, what is not working and help you to brainstorm solutions.

We then convert your potential solutions into action steps that can be measured and altered as we progress.

You may schedule follow up consultations as needed or you may purchase a Private Coaching Package if needed. Coaching packages last from 12-24 weeks with frequency determined by your needs and my recommendations.

I also offer virtual, distance Reiki Spiritual Healing sessions.

I offer 3 types of Reikie Sessions

1. Full, Private Session: Lasts 60 minutes and includes a short pre-session interview, 40 minutes of guided hand placements and meditation with a short follow up conversation.


2. 'Quickie' Session: Lasts about 20 minutes total with short pre-session interview and approx 15 minutes of guided hand placements and meditation.


3. Group Reikie Session; Takes place in a virtual video call and may have from 3-10 attendees. Duration may last from 45-90 minutes, depending on number of people present.
   Short pre-session group conversation followed by guided hand placements and meditation.

You are free to progress at your own pace and will enjoy frequent group engagements to explore any roadblocks and celebrate your progress.

If you would like to persue Reiki Training for yourself, I also offer a 3 part, structured course that you may use to:

1. Simply practice spiritual healing among family and friends


2. Practice Reiki as a professional in a public environment


3. Master and Teach Reiki to others 

The Reiki courses include a certificate and attunement for each level.

I spent many years educating myself as an integrative wellness expert and spiritual healer.

My intention has always been to break down the barriers of imposed shame and misplaced guilt. This is a big part of providing the tools to rebuild self esteem, especially in the aftermath of childhood trauma.

You cannot begin this journey from where you wish you were.
The first step is to appreciate yourself as the beautiful and perfect spiritual being you are…right now.

We begin by focusing on mind, body and spiritual lifestyle issues. This is about taking small self care steps. These steps lead to a gradual and sustainable positive self identity.

   I received my training at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition.
   My studies included health and wellness, nutrition and diet theories, communication skills, contemporary health issues, coaching, active listening, food politics, and small business management.

   Reiki Master in the Usui system of natural healing.
   Reiki is a spiritual frequency and vibration healing practice used to promote balance throughout the human system.

   
   

   Reiki is used for stress reduction and for opening and balancing of the Chakra’s, which are the spiritual energy centers of the body.

   
   


3. 
   

   Certified Natural Health Consultant
   I received my training at the Stratford Career Institute.

   
   

   There, I acquired extensive knowledge about natural health and healing modalities, herbs, vitamin and mineral supplements, and holistic nutrition. 

   
   

My training also included lifestyle coaching methods, holistic nutrition philosophy, business training, lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods as well as a variety of business management courses.

My fees vary depending on the service, course or program you are enrolled in.
