In working with my clients the ultimate goal is sobriety and to achieve sobriety we must learn to live in recovery. Side by side as a team partnership we will set goals and create action plans with time management. When faced with temptation or triggers you will become equipped with your personalized set of armor to recognize triggers, how to avoid them, what to do when at the moment, and how to work through them in a healthy manner. You will gain confidence, self-awareness, and capture the love you once had for yourself. During your journey, I will be available 24/7 in times of need. Once your transformation takes shape you will begin to see the positive changes in all aspects of your life from living each day to relationships and having your goals marked complete. The time that we spend together is for you and your individualized journey. Every client has a unique story and a unique journey to travel. It has become a true passion of mine to share my story of recovery and watch the amazing transformation as a fellow peer writes their own story. To be invited to make that journey with you is a true blessing. 

My coaching style is based upon choice, your personal choice. During our first session, many of the questions and discussion will be about learning you. I am a firm believer in choice. It is each individual's choice as to their recovery program, religion, sexuality, and to what you are comfortable in sharing with me to be kept in the complete privacy of our work together. You will have the choice of working with me in choosing how we work just as you do in your own life. 

One-on-one coaching with individual sessions or packages

Stay safe during COVID or feel more comfortable working from home via a live online platform. Receive all the same great services and tools in a more convenient way to you. Offering one-on-one, group, and family services online. Pay as you go or save with a package deal.

Group coaching is available to pay as you go or save big with ready-made packages or create one just for you.  Your options are numerous.  Every three months a new FREE course is held open to anyone.

Through my belief in the power of choice and an extensive open mind, I have had experiences either personal or worked with various substances and methods of recovery to include holistic and medication-assisted treatment, loved ones involved or not, educating loved ones, and participated in my own recovery treatment and training. I may not have worn your shoes, but yesterday mine looked a lot like them. I have walked my way back from hell and left the devil behind. 

Many options are available to make services affordable to everyone. I accept pay as you go or save big with my many packages individualized with you in mind. Help will be made available to anyone upon request.
