I was born as the middle of three brothers, an older sister and a younger sister, to a chef father and an art college graduate mother.

When I was a child, I was quite shy, so my mother called me "a child who doesn't talk."

My family ran a lunch vendor as a self-employed business, and both of us worked together.

My father and mother often came home late at night, so I ate dinner at my grandmother's house near my parents' house every day.

Looking back now, I feel that the love I received from my grandmother was more impressive than my parents.

After entering junior high school, my parents bought a house in the suburbs.

At that time, due to the location of my parents' workplace and my school, I had my mother drive me to pick her up every day.

My mother, who originally didn't like her job that much, was frustrated when the store wasn't going well.

I'm at work all day, so my frustration was vented to me and my sister in the car.

At the time, I was acting as a counselor for my mother, but I vomited many times in the car because my complaints were so heavy.

Perhaps because of that, I was a dark student in junior high school.

High school days when I was doing music

When I was in the third year of junior high school, I got into punk rock because of my older sister.

I was captivated by the powerful music and the lyrics that sincerely face my life.

I always thought that I would play an instrument when I entered high school.

When I entered high school, I joined the light music club, joined a band, performed at a live house, and made many friends from other schools through music.

I go to live music clubs three times a week, and because of my obsessive personality, there are many people around me who appreciate my ability to play musical instruments.

Perhaps because of that experience, I learned how wonderful it is to influence people.

I want to be a person who influences people even when I grow up.

This experience has become the core of my identity today.

After graduating from high school, I moved to Tokyo alone to become a professional musician.

After graduating from high school, I went to Tokyo and attended a music school for one year in order to become a person who can influence people through music.

At that time, I was living in a dormitory, but I made many friends who shared the same values.

They were friends who were determined to make music their job, so there were days when we talked all day long, and we had a lot of experiences together.

Seven years have passed without any buds as a professional...

After moving to Tokyo, I formed a band and was active mainly at live houses in Tokyo to become a professional, but I couldn't get enough customers.

Even within the band, there was a feeling that it was time to give up.

I came to Tokyo to become a professional, so I didn't know why I was in Tokyo.

At that time, I happened to find a site on the Internet that was a two-day seminar on coaching.

I immediately applied and attended the seminar, and I was fascinated by the possibilities of coaching, and the techniques and perspectives that allowed me to see the world from a completely different point of view.

Meanwhile, a dear friend passed away.

He was a friend I was in a band with.

A year after the band broke up, a friend called me to let me know.

The cause of death was an unexplained suicide.

Even after the band broke up, I still hung out with him, had many friends and a girlfriend, and was working hard in another band, so I couldn't believe that he committed suicide.

About 50 people were gathered.

Among them were mutual friends.

At the end of the memorial service, I stood at the back of the line to put flowers on his coffin.

When it was my turn to put flowers on the coffin, his mother was standing next to him.

I'm also on good terms with his mother, so I haven't seen him in a long time, so when I approached him to say hello, his mother broke down in tears the moment I saw her.

When I saw my mother saying that to me, I was very shocked.

When I look back on myself, I came to Tokyo hoping to become a person who influences people, but I felt very frustrated that I didn't even notice the sign of my dear friend in front of me.

At that time, I look back to the starting point, do coaching as a job, and get the person in front of me to definitely get better.

My faith grew to become the person to make that impact.

Coaching techniques used by Tony Robbins until I got a nosebleed

The person who taught me the details of coaching was Takuya Nakashiro.

He is still a good friend of mine as my coaching mentor.

He was a coach who learned coaching techniques from Western trainers in a program called Leadership Mastery by Tony Robbins, who is known as the No. 1 coach in the world.

This coaching program was a technique to teach the coaching technique used by Tony Robbins as it is.

For four years, I stuck to him as a junior and learned not only classroom lectures but also coaching with a sense of the workplace.

After the study sessions he held, my eyes were bloodshot and I had nosebleeds many times. I think it was the result of having a lot of knowledge to memorize and using my head too much.

Thanks to my master, my coaching skills were refined in no time.

I have had several clients who have thankfully described my coaching as magical.

I've met a lot of other coaches in the industry, some of whom have experienced sessions, and they always ask me questions about technique. When I joined the company and started coaching employees, I was surprised to see that the company's performance improved, the number of days employees who needed mental health came to work increased, and young employees surpassed senior employees to become top sales. I was able to get results.

And now…

With the support of many clients, I myself have grown as a coach.

At first, I was honing this technology with the desire to become a person who influences people, but I think that I have actually been able to influence many people and companies.

I believe that everyone has tremendous potential. And most people think that they are sleeping with that great power hidden inside.

My job is to bring out the power that was dormant in the person, and by bringing out the power that the person originally has, I help the person to walk in the future they want.
