I started my career when I first got to NYC (from France) to study psychology because I was fascinated by people's behaviors. After earning my BBA and MA in psychology I worked in different hospitals as well as private agencies providing therapy to children and adults. I also worked many years at a hospital counseling families with children who were being investigated by the DCF. I can help you deal positively with depression, OCD, ADD, relationships, career, health, life, parenting, divorce, stress and anger and anything really that makes you unhappy. I provide an individual assessment and a program tailored to your need based on my years of experience to give you evidenced based tools that work.

In person private walking coaching: Plato used to say that no decision should be taken before walking on it....I take this to heart and believe that walking in nature can help tremendously a person in seeing clearly what he or she needs to do.
