Having overcome extreme low self-esteem and shyness, becoming a coach was a natural choice. I have not read about how transformation occurs, I've experienced it first hand - to award-winning levels. It's now my sole role to walk with you as you get honest with yourself and genuinely embark on a tried and tested path to confidence, competence and credibility.
