We focus in the first week on the person within, your emotions of your daily life and what you really need out of your career choice. Our jobs need to serve us as much as we serve them and this is often forgotten about. It is surprising how we think we know what we want but actually end up finding out that our inner goals are different. We reflect on what your current role is doing for you and where you may want to expand. It will be clear to you at the end of this week the unconcious reasons why you chose the roles you have in your life. This week is all about learning about why you chose the job you did and where they have stopped you from growing, spiritually, emotionally and financially. We move into the second week on areas that you wish to maximise and how your time and management habits need to be improved so that these areas can be enhanced. Do you already have some ideas as to where you need to be be career-wise? What drives you at work? What brought you into this industry, what did you want to get out of it? We then reflect where you are now. What has changed for you? What has shifted in your goals? What is not so important to you now?This week is all about visualisation. When we visualise what we want, we can strengthen that ability to manifest what we need. We will go over some strategies for time management, work life balance and break free from old habits in your finances. Week three explores the definition of the word 'career'. What does it mean to you? We talk about the origins of why you feel the way you feel and why you think you need to realign the career moves in your life. What do you want them to do for you? Where do you feel your needs need to be met in your career choice? What is your long term goals? How have your financial habits impacted your career moves? Week four is a celebration of the last three weeks work. We cover any aspects that you feel you still need to work on. We go over old ground on issues you want to clarify. We talk about the final game plan and the directions you wish to take. After the session, you are invited for some ongoing sessions which can be at a more or less frequent period of time, depending on how the last four weeks have been going. The client can expect: One hour Skype Session (agreed times and days) each week. Email correspondence as required during the 4 week period. 5 Maximum.
