What this IS is a coaching program designed to help you gain awareness of your current eating habits and how they are (or aren't) supporting your goals. And then, once we know what's working and not working, we will systematically work to create, practice and support long-term, sustainable, health-supporting eating habits. I will never tell you you can't eat your favorite food. In fact, the goal of this program is to be able to include your favorite foods in a balanced, reasonable, richly varied and health promoting diet! If weight loss is a goal, we can certainly approach habit building in a way that will help you gradually lose weight and keep it off. But this way of approaching nutrition isn't a quick fix. It is slow, methodical, and systematic, with a focus on permanent behavior change that will lead to lasting results. Weekly sessions are 30-45 minutes each. If you have a long history of dieting, or bouncing back and forth between dieting and bingeing, or a lot of emotion and anxiety surrounding food and eating, my 'Diet Recovery' coaching program would be a better fit for you at this stage.
