With weekly check-ins, I am able to guide you as you make healthy choices for shopping, cooking and even eating out. This is the last plan you will need, as far as eating and losing weight, and keeping your youthful metabolic rate for the rest of your life. Structured around your life, this plan includes every day foods and has many modifications available to keep it interesting. Recipes are available for every meal in the plan if you love to cook or simplified meals if you do not. Foods you can't live without? NO PROBLEM! I have that covered as well!
