Three Month Fitness Journey This is a three month program with a mix of one-on-one and online coaching to help you figure out your journey to get in shape and then I will keep you accountable! Do you have a variety of exercise equipment, exercise books, exercise DVD's, a gym membership and great workout clothes? The real question is....do you use them? Many people have a bunch of things, but they aren't used. There are all sorts of great exercise programs in books and DVD's and they will work...if they are actually done! The problem with most people is they are only motivated for a short while and then they get to busy, lose interest, get frustrated or any multitude of other excuses that derail them from a healthy lifestyle or attaining some fitness goal such as running a 5K, marathon, or mud run. Well this is where Your Goal Guide comes in. I can either use some of the tools you already have (books, dvd's, etc.) or I can make a workout for you. The real value is in the on-going support. I will work with you to motivate you and remind you why you are doing this program. Whether it is to be the best athlete you can be in your sport, whether it is to get off all the blood pressure and other medicine that comes with obesity, or whether it is to just stay healthy to avoid all the medicine and doctors visit that comes with being unhealthy. The base program will work with you to utilize some of the programs you already own (books, dvd's). We'll map out a week or several weeks of exercises. We will keep it realistic! Many people jump in and want to workout an hour a day six days a week....by day three they are done! I will help you come up with a reasonable progression into your routine so that it becomes a lifestyle rather than a fad. The base program will have: 1 Hr Planning Session 1.5 Hrs of follow-up session (apx 6 fifteen minute sessions) Weekly online review of entries made into your journal on your progress and we will include feedback and motivation to keep you going (apx 3.5 more hours of support to you!)! In total that is over 6 hours dedicated to you and your health. The benefits will last a lifetime! We can also work with you to develop a program specific to your needs. Personal training can easily cost $300-$400/month. We will provide you just as much motivation and will be sure to get you the results you're seeking.
