It takes courage to peel off those layers of inner judgement that push away who we truly are. How often do you feel afraid when making a decision because of 'what society might think of you'?
When you set high expectations for yourself you automatically build a cocoon around your heart and stop listening to the truest voice you could find: the one of your heart.

In this transformational soul to soul journey I will help you cut out those 'reasons' why you are attached to the external world  when it comes to making those decisions that could change your life.

We will talk two times a month on Skype for an hour for a lenght of three months. After every session I will send you a summary and some questions to reflect on. At the end of each week you will have to complete a self-coaching report to evaluate your progress and make sure we are on track with the vision crafted together.
