Laser Coaching sessions are between 15 and 20 minutes in length. Laser coaching is conducted by-phone. There is no time wasted driving to and from the office.

During these intense, focused coaching sessions you will gain clarity, commit to an action plan, and set accountability goals for yourself.

Ideal situations for Laser Coaching:
1. Busy professionals and parents needing insight without the added time commitment
2. Clients with a clearly defined or one-time issue
3. Larger challenges that  can be broken down into bite-size pieces for those on-the-go.
4. Relationship concerns such as problems with a teacher or boss

Further sessions on different topics can always be added without ongoing commitment.
