Instilling motivation and commitment. 6. Adjusting and keeping you on track. 7. Celebrating successes along the way. The ideal of a balanced individual is that a person’s emotional, intellectual and physical lives are interconnected. When in balance, you are healthier, more confident and better prepared to be a steward of your life’s purpose. Co-Active Coaching is a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, to refine and sustain the change may take several months. Although not binding, the expectation for the coaching relationship is to last at least 3 months. Clients schedule a coaching session once per week at the same time each week. Coaching sessions last between 45 minutes and the client can either use the telephone, webcam, or email.
