How to get the most out of your coaching: I’d like you to get the maximum benefit both from the time we have together and your time in between our calls or sessions. This brief guide is what most of my clients do to maximise the value from their coaching with me: Come to our calls/sessions prepared- Complete your Pre-Coaching Prep Form (PCP) and return it to me before our session. We have 60 minutes together, have a written list of things to share and discuss. Use the preparation form as a support tool for you to focus your mind on our work (if you don't have this yet I will email it to you). What are you paying for? In coaching you are paying for perspective, validation, information, advice, support, collaboration, solutions, tools, options, structure, strategies, continuous presence, caring, energy, creativity, training, feedback, challenge, availability and partnership. Not necessarily just time or the number of coaching sessions. Feedback- Give and ask for feedback as much as possible. Let me know when something is working for you as well as when something is not. Direct feedback is the easiest way to ensure you get what you need. Getting the most out of coaching by summarising- You will get out of coaching what you can retain and put to use in your life. To that end, in the last 5 minutes of the call or session, I will ask you to summarise what you learned, what was valuable and what you are going to do as a result of the coaching session. Double your level of willingness- I will ask you to stretch yourself, possibly more than you’ve been asked to before. I ask that you be willing to experiment with new approaches and be open to redesigning parts of your life that aren’t working. Here are some examples of things I may ask: - Change your behavior - Re-evaluate your assumptions/decisions - Attempt new things - Start telling yourself the truth - Remove stress - Stop using adrenaline for energy - Redesign how you spend your time - Get the support you need - Set bigger goals - Raise your personal standards - Start treating yourself and others better - Stop tolerating - Look inward Make a list of what you really want in life- Coaching works best when you have clear goals that are based on your needs and values. If you are not sure what your goals are, we can discuss them during our session / call. Please make a list now of five things you are willing to do or change This is an opportunity to get to know yourself- Working with a Master Coach is a healthy way to grow. You will discover new parts of yourself and you’ll want to adjust your goals to who you really are as you grow. https://www.lifecoachhub.com/img/uploads/coachings/thumbs/3282_1531818523.jpg

How to get the most out of your coaching:

I’d like you to get the maximum benefit both from the time we have together and your time in between our calls or sessions. This brief guide is what most of my clients do to maximise the value from their coaching with me:

Come to our calls/sessions prepared- Complete your Pre-Coaching Prep Form (PCP) and return it to me before our  session. We have 60 minutes together, have a written list of things to share and discuss.

Here are some examples of things I may ask:
