During each 50 mins online session I will reassess your current emotional position by asking you to catch me up on what happened during the week prior. We will discuss the wins and the losses and I will readjust your tasks for the coming week to make sure you stay on track to achieve your goals. We will usually have one session a week unless you feel you need more support. Through out week between sessions you will be able to track your goal and take actions like journaling.
