If you want to work with a parenting partner, please have them schedule their own discovery call for individual introductions. The first 5-minutes will be for introductions and expectations for the call. Then next 40 minutes she will be coaching you through the Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual aspects of your life. You may present her with goals that you have come to get help with, and/or challenges that seem to be hindering your progress. Through this time, Eva will be getting a sense of whether or not she would be of service to you. And if so, she may offer you a way to work with her further. If not, she will make an action plan for you to continue working on the problem independently. Either way you will benefit from this insightful service and there is no pressure to buy anything. We want it to be an easy "Yes" if you feel inspired to join a program. 2nd STEP - ACCEPTING THE CUSTOMIZED SUPPORT PACKAGE: In the event that she invites you to participate in the Customized Support Package, you will have time to think it over. You are encouraged to stay in touch as questions arise and you sort out the best way to get support. The package includes a set number of sessions that last one hour. They can be used as quickly or as infrequently as you desire within the parameters of the agreement. You officially become her client when you sign The Coach/Client agreement before you begin your first session. 3rd STEP - Scheduling & Showing Up: There will be a Client Intake Form for you to fill out before the first session. It is a detailed form to help bring Eva up to date on your life so far. Try to include as much relevant information as possible and, although it is long, take your time with it. You will be responsible for scheduling time with Eva (using her calendar link) and showing up for the zoom calls. They may be recorded at the request of either Eva or yourself. They will never be shared with another party without your consent. If you cannot make a scheduled session, you will need to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a lost session. Consequently, if Eva makes a cancelation with less than 24 hour notice, she will gift you with an additional session. Life can get crazy sometimes, so communication is key. If you think you may have to cancel, send an email to let Eva know you have something going on. You are free to send as many emails as you like while you are receiving coaching from Eva. She will respond during her normal business hours and at times that are convenient to her. The first few sessions, will be a review of the Client Intake & Personal History Form. This will give you both time to ask additional questions and gain clarity about the past, and desires for the future. All following sessions will generally be time for you to fully express the struggles, challenges, breakthroughs and victories you have experienced since the last session. Eva's role will be to dig deeper and uncover layers that hide the answers you are searching for. By the end of the session, Eva will help you update your Action Coaching Graph (aka Wellness Action Plan) which will guide you to the next session. (This includes action steps and possibly homework.) It is recommended that you keep a daily journal that she will give you more details about in the first session. Sharing anything from your journal is entirely up to you. Eva may make suggestions for alternative sessions if she sees a potential benefit for you. Examples of that would be a Qigong session, or a session or two for EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). If she makes these suggestions it is entirely up to you if you accept them. Just understand that she would only suggest them if she saw a potential benefit from it. As the last session approaches, and as part of wrapping up the work already done and planning for the future, Eva will discuss any offers she has for you to continue working with her. Alternatively, if she feels she can no longer be of service to you, she may make an effort to refer you to a more ideal coach for your specific situation. 4th STEP - RESULTS: While 12 sessions could be as little as 3 months, they could take up a year! With this customizable package, it can be expected that results could vary widely. As long as you are journaling regularly, completing the action steps, and attending the sessions, you can expect to see desired results. In fact, if you do everything asked and attend all scheduled sessions, but do not feel that you have grown in some tangible way, you may request a full refund.
