This eight-week Coaching package includes a 'Welcome Pack' mailed to you which includes resources for the program. We will work together on concrete actions to move you towards your goals. During this journey outside of our 1:1 coaching sessions, we will use a variety of techniques/tools/strategies such as journaling, goal-setting, action items, and mindfulness techniques.
