The most common self-sabotaging behaviors are procrastination, addictive behavior drugs or alcohol and even eating for comfort. Although these things may make you feel good for a moment, ultimately they are destructive. Procrastination itself is the killer of dreams. Even relationships, whether it be a significant other, spouse or friendships are often very effected in a negative way. People aren't always aware of their own self-sabotaging behavior , or may not know how to admit it. Fear of correction can be just as bad as the behavior itself. It is possible to overcome almost any form of self-sabotage, taking the right steps, which the first being admitting there might be a problem. This session will be offered personally to each individual registered via phone. It is a great way to communicate openly and target areas that need to be addressed. The session will be offered two times (2) per week for 4 weeks. There will be handouts made available via email for the participant to follow along for special notes and bullets. The session will include a FREE MP3 and a complimentary Coaching call to discuss progress after 30 days of completion of the entire 4 week session.
