Online Coaching session

Description:

These coaching calls will be online, unless your in Pretoria, South Africa. You'll complete a questionnaire so that I know what issues you want to address in which order.
I'm using the coach approach, with good listening skills, to get behind your needs, and what you would like to achieve with coaching.

These weekly hourly coaching sessions will motivate and teach you to reach your health & Life goals. I'll be your guide and support through physical, mental and health challenges. I'm  empathic, and very experienced to assist in all coaching areas.

I'll send you a questionnaire beforehand to determine what you would like to focus on, and in which order. I will tailor your coaching for the goals you set forth.
