Life coaching
Over three months we'll explore what's going on in your life - what's working and what you want to improve. We'll explore new strategies, overcome limiting beliefs and find new ways for you to manage your child's ADHD behaviour - and for you to keep your sanity!
The programme includes fortnightly coaching sessions (by telephone or Skype) plus activities including journaling and worksheets. We'll also set a number of goals and work towards achieving them by the end of the programme.
