Competency based coaching to develop employees or managers provided conditional promotions or in succession promotions. Goals established by senior managers and feedback provided to sponsors senior managers weekly. Coaching consists of goal setting, action plans, follow up and accountability sessions. 20 hours of coaching must take place within 3 months. Minimum session length of 15 minutes to accommodate real time development coaching.
