A. I asked myself what am I good at that takes no effort on my part. my answer is that I am a great communicator and everyone comes to me for advice. I have seen the difference it makes in someone life when they are in my presence and how the other person can get the victory that they so much desire.

A. Life Coaching is on of the top healing modalities and Hypnotherapy Reiki and Holistic Nutrition are healing practices that reflect the Mind Body Spirit as a whole.

A. Be truthful and honest with yourself on the level of commitment you want in your life. create a list of things you want to transform in your life to share with your coach. taking care of your emotional health without incorporating the mind body spirit is a dis-service in you really want long lasting results

A. Everyone needs a Life Coach in their lives no matter how great you feel now. we all need to talk to someone who is not judgmental and someone who asks you the right questions so you can make a better choice in your life by talking things through.
