3 Month - Intensive Love Relationship Coaching Our sessions together will be online via Skype or Zoom. We have all moved into a digital/online space, where we can interact with people from the comfort of our couch, in any location and at any time. This has both improved and hindered human connection to some degree. However, for the purposes of our sessions together, it will make things much simpler and easier - especially during critical times and at crisis points. The duration of our sessions will be 1 hour and we will meet at least twice a week for 3 months (24 sessions). Sessions can be scheduled during working hours or in the evenings - depending what works for you. This is an intensive course and as such consistency, commitment and accountability is paramount to our success. We will be diving deep, on a personal and relational level and therefore, it is imperative that we are authentic and honest during our conversations. I will tell you the truth, even if it may be uncomfortable at times and I want you to do the same. We are here to work, so this will not be about feeling good. Whether your issues stem from communication, intimacy, infidelity or abuse - awareness and openness will be the key to resolution. You may choose to have sessions individually, however more impact and positive change arises from joint sessions with your partner. This is up to you, the dynamics of your relationship and the willingness of both partners to participate. If you are in an emotionally or physically abusive relationship, you may want to start on your own initially and we will then determine how to move forward from there, after a few sessions. Love relationships are the hardest to navigate, this is so, because you are dealing with the mirror image of your subconscious mind - reflecting back to you what you have or have not recognized and integrated within yourself.
