Stress management coaching
With this program you will have access to one live video conversation (60 min) per week. One 15 minute phone call a week, and 3 e-mail contacts a week for the course duration. There will be worksheets, and homework assignments assigned every week.
Coping skill techniques will be learned, stress reduction skills, relaxation techniques, organizational skills, by using journal exercises, goal setting and time management practices through assignments and activities.
