The Rebirth Experience is a faith based wellness program that gives woman the tools to overcome food addiction and emotional eating and create balance in mind, body and spirit. This often leads to dramatic weight loss along with a significantly improved sense of well-being. Since January 2017, the community has lost over 225 lbs combined!

The Rebirth Experience Intensive is designed for the woman who needs 1 on 1 assistance and accountability to meet and maintain health & wellness goals. You  will receive 6 1-on-1 sessions where we will develop an action plan and chart your success. Your plan will be tailored to your specific needs. Following your 6 sessions you will transition into the group coaching model with weekly group sessions available.

This program includes a full guide that contains a 4 week plan (with recipes & grocery list),Spiritual work, goal setting, quarterly cleanses and much more. Also included is access to a private Facebook community for group support and encouragement. more ...
