  1. Module 1 : Childhood Influences

    Who taught you how to be a Wife? Mother? Daughter? Sister? Friend? Employee? Business Owner? We start week one with taking a look at the roles you’re currently playing in your life, where you learned how to act, whether they’re aligned with your purpose, if any of them need to be updated and your influential caretakers who may have set up your belief system.

  2. Module 2 : Passions & Interests

    Remind yourself of what you loved as a child; Some of these passions you enjoyed as a kid were clues into who you are meant to be in your adult life. The day to day tasks can get overwhelming and we stop prioritizing our hobbies and interests. Bringing these back into your life can remind you of the person you used to be before obligations got in your way.

  3. Module 3 : Skills & Talents

    You were born with abilities you do so naturally that you don’t even realize it’s a talent. Recognizing that you are talented will boost your confidence and motivate you to use your gifts. You have also acquired meaningful skills that make you valuable and intelligent. It’s time you start seeing the #bossbabe you really are.

  4. Module 4 : Personality

    You get to have some fun this week and take the test and find out which personality type you are! It’s an interesting, and surprisingly insightful, way to get a outside perspective into yourself, why you do what you do and realize that some of the things that make you “different” actually make you special and unique. You’ll be amazed by how accurately a test can describe you.

  5. Module 5 : Life changing experiences

    You have a story line that’s been mapping out your life from birth until this point. There are some big moments within your time line that constantly replay in your mind. These can be core defining moments that move you forward, or hold you back. Either way, it’s vital you recognize what they are and use them to understand your own story. We also explore coincidences that maybe weren’t so accidental after all – put together the pieces to find out what got you here.

  6. Module 6 : Re-write your story

    After 5 weeks of uncovering your story you’re able to let it go and re-write a new one better suited to life you want to live. Adopt the philosophy to dream big and when you think you’ve dreamed as big you can, go just a little bigger, that’s the goal we’re working towards in this course! You get to be the author of your own life story, whatever you tell yourself happens – you’ve already been doing it your whole life, only you’ve been focusing on what you DON’T want. This is the first week to the new you, start writing your story from a new angle and focus on what you DO want.

  7. Module 7 : Clarify your story

    Are you really after physical desires like more money, clothes, a bigger house, new car or your dream man? Or are you actually looking for the feeling you’ll achieve when you acquire these such goals? Get clear on that feeling and don’t wait to let it in your life. Take charge of your emotions and be happy now.This little trick will actually bring your material goals right into your life with little very effort.

  8. Module 8 : Challenging your BS

    In the first few weeks of the program you uncovered limiting beliefs and predetermined roles you set for yourself from childhood influences. In this module you determine which beliefs are not aligned with the dream life you’re headed towards and eliminate them for good. What you think you want for your life and what you expect it to be may be two contradicting ideas. Learn how to get them on the same page to fast track your progress.

  9. Module 9 : Empowering new beliefs

    Set new and empowering beliefs deep into your subconscious to move you into inspired action. Learn how to keep those positive vibes flowing! Take your power back by owning your right to make your own decisions and surround yourself with positive people.

    Put it all together to find out what you were made for. Why are you here? What role are you meant to play and what can you do that no one else can do better? Your meant to leave a mark on this world, you are absolutely here for a reason, it’s time you learn why.

    What’s even deeper than your purpose? The reason why it’s important you fulfill it. Your why determines everything from your long term goals, imprint you leave on the world, relationships you surround yourself with to the reason you get out of bed in the morning. This powerful knowledge of why you do what you do will develop such a strong sense of purpose that you’ll never return to the old you.

  12. Module 12 : Your manifesto

    Your manifesto is a summary of the entire 90 day journey you’ve just embarked on. It is a powerful and personal statement of who you are and what stand for. This is your weapon for any bad day that tries to stop you. Anytime you need a little motivation, this paragraph straight from your heart will guide you back on track. You have a purpose your entire life has been leading you towards, this is it.
