Week 1 - Orientation & Understanding the Grieving Process - sharing our stories and beginning the process of why we are joining in this group together. Each session you will receive information on what we will discuss, worksheet downloads and homework assignments. Sessions will be alternate weeks to allow time to process and complete homework. The program is designed to take you step by step into the process of transforming the pain of grief into what you can gain from realizing gratitude by learning to live with this new part of who you are. The results will be - I can move forward with meaning and purpose as a result of my grief.
