This 15-week course includes weekly readings, daily journaling, group discussion and self-discovery through the expressive arts.

  2. Module 2 : Week 2: Draw Me Nearer

    Learn how to access your inner landscape with stream-of-conscious writing and drawing. We'll literally DRAW our breath and discover which words from our subconscious can help us define our goals.
