Meditation 101

The mental stillness created by meditation balances the mind and senses which in turn relaxes the nervous system. The result of regular meditation improves both the mental and physical state. During this experience it’s my goal to guide you through many ways that you can use meditation in your life! 

Learn the different phases of Meditation and how to practice each: Breath Work, Body Scanning, Progressive Relaxation Techniques, Guided Meditation, Affirmations, Zen Meditation, Manifestation Meditation, creating positive energy, and so much more!!!

This experience starts with your basic foundation in week 1. During the 1st week, you will be learning the different phases of meditation and breathwork. As the weeks continue you will learn Body Scanning, Progressive Relaxation Techniques, Guided Meditation, Affirmations, Zen Meditation, Manifestation Meditation, creating positive energy, and so much more!!!

Some of the benefits of meditation include: Mental, Physical and Emotional Health and Wellbeing (Reduce Stress, Reduce Depression, Reduced Anxiety, Increase self-awareness, Mental Clarity, Focus and Concentration, Increased Happiness, Heart Rate, and Blood Pressure, Brain Health, Immune System)

Each lesson builds upon the previous, so you want to be sure to start from the beginning.
